Due to the size of this item, there will be additional delivery costs on top of the calculated freight if you do not have a forklift on site to receive the item. Please select at check out if you do or don’t have a forklift on site. We also offer transit warranty freight insurance on all orders, please understand if you do not select transit warranty at checkout and the tent is damaged or lost in transit this will not be covered by any insurance.
For local pick up, unfortunately due to space restrictions there is no allowance for you to be able to fit it yourself in the carpark. Our warehouse staff will assist to help load the roof top tent in the box onto your vehicle, where you will need to restrain with straps or tie downs.

- Please Note: If tent isn’t completely dry when packed away we recommend setting back up to air out when possible. Putting away wet or even damp will create a build up of moisture which left unattended will lead to mold.
